Sureshrill Frost is an exceptional unique 
Flanged Mace found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Sureshrill Frost sees little play. Adds 63-112 Cold Damage over a 5 second duration and Freezes Target +3 lock a pack in place well enough, but the mace has no leech, no attack speed and nothing to help it hit, and cold immunity is common everywhere the level requirement points. Cold kills also shatter corpses, which removes the bodies
